KeepUp — Football Alarm Clock

Need help with alarms, subscriptions, camera permissions, or the keep-up challenge? We are happy to help.

Manage or cancel a subscription

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
3. Select KeepUp and cancel or modify as needed.

KeepUp offers a weekly plan and an annual plan. The annual plan may include a short free trial for eligible new subscribers. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Restore Purchases

On the KeepUp paywall, tap Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Camera permission

KeepUp needs the camera to judge keep-ups. Enable it in Settings → KeepUp → Camera. Without camera access, the challenge cannot run.

Alarm will not silence

Use the in-app emergency stop if you cannot complete the challenge or if analysis is unavailable. Then check camera permission and your internet connection.
